NPR's Jenkins to host TVW program
By Bryan Bissell, PolitickerWA.com ReporterAustin Jenkins, the NPR political reporter who has been filling in as host of TVW's "Inside Olympia" along with David Postman, has been tapped to become the show's full time host.
Jenkins will be taking over for long-time host David Ammons who took a job as Secretary of State Sam Reed's communications director earlier this spring.
The show, which has been on for 11 years, has weeklyin-depth interviews with the state's political leaders.
