Beginning Monday morning, PolitickerWA will launch a series of profiles of the nine candidates who have announced their intention to challenge an incumbent member of Congress in 2008. Every weekday morning for the next nine days PolitickerWA will publish a profile of a challenger. The schedule, which starts in Eastern Washington and moves counterclockwise around the state, is below:
- Monday, March 31 - Mark Mays (D-Spokane) 5th District
- Tuesday, April 1 - George Fearing (D-Richland) 4th District
- Wednesday, April 2 - Don Moody (D-Wenatchee) 4thDistrict
- Thursday, April 3 - Cheryl Crist (D-Olympia) 3rd District
- Friday, April 4 - Michael Delavar (R-Washougal) 3rd District
- Monday, April 7 - Paul Richmond (D-Port Townsend) 6th District
- Tuesday, April 8 - Larry Ishmael (R-Kirkland) 1st District
- Wednesday, April 9 - Rick Bart (R-Arlington) 2nd District
- Thursday, April 10 - Darcy Burner (D-Carnation) 8th District
- Friday, April 11 - Steve Beren (R-Seattle) 7th District
