One day, two GOP endorsements

A couple of GOP endorsements to report on today, first Larry Ishmael (R-Kirkland) received the backing of influential pastor The Rev. Dr. Joseph Fuiten for his 1st District challenge to Rep. Jay Inslee.

Then in the gubernatorial race Dino Rossi got the nod from the King County Police Officers Guild that represents King County Sheriff's Deputies and Sergeants, the same guild that used to have former King County Sheriff and current 8th CD Rep. Dave Reichert in its ranks.

"Our campaign is beginning to gain the endorsements of law enforcement organizations from across the state, and we anticipate more to come," Rossi said in a press release. "I understand the importance of supporting people who put their life on the line for our communities.  They will continue to have my support when I am governor."
