Migden wins Tuesday court ruling
By Alex Isenstadt, Politicker.com ReporterScore a victory for Carole Migden, the beleaguered state Senator facing a decidedly uphill battle for reelection.
Migden won her Tuesday court battle to gain access to old campaign funds, the AP reports.
The court victory comes just after Migden failed to win the endorsement of the state Democratic party.
