Bio: David is a cross-functional senior high technology executive with over 20 years experience in the operational management of rapidly-growing technology enterprises; both start-ups and new business units of existing firms. David was E-VP and in charge of operations at ICTV, where he managed the development of that company from two to about 120 engineers and administrative staff. He was the company General Manager at Dotcast, where he designed, built, staffed, and managed the company’s new RF engineering center near Seattle that developed the firm’s technology. David then founded an RF design and rapid prototyping company that was soon acquired by SAIC where he then stayed for 18 months to integrate the two firms. For a decade prior to moving into high-tech R&D, David managed large, multi-center pharmaceutical and medical device research programs on behalf of the National Academy of Science, National Research Council, and the FDA. He holds an MS from St Johns University in Pharmacology and Biostatistics.
