John Kerry is Fired Up

Niki Sullivan at the TNT has an email promoting former presidential candidate John Kerry as the keynote speaker at the state Democratic Convention in Spokane.

U.S. Senator Kerry’s stock has dropped a few notches since his last keynote at the national convention in Boston, but the Inland Northwest will be the beneficiary of his fading star.

We look forward to stiff delivery, bad jokes and painful repetition of lines that only sound good when Obama says them. With similar style and charisma, Governor Chris Gregoire will likely repeat this feat as both she and Kerry aim to prove that they are fired up and ready to go.
